Caregiver Support Group Blurb: This supportive group is specifically for spouses caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM, both virtually and in person, to connect, share experiences, and gain strength through understanding, encouragement, and practical coping strategies. As a closed group, a brief meeting with the facilitator, Gidalthy Estevez, LMSW, is required prior to enrollment to ensure a comfortable and supportive fit for all participants.
