High blood pressure affects 1 in 4 New Yorkers and the number of those with high blood pressure (hypertension) increases with age.  RSS, known for its health management programs, is offering an accessible, consistent and client-friendly health management program to address/prevent and control hypertension called …Hypertension: Know Your Way to Better Health.  This program is for you - whether you currently have high blood pressure or not. 

 Are you an adult over the age of 60?  Join the program and a  Registered Nurse will provide you with education, regular screenings and the tools needed to address all aspects of high blood pressure prevention and control. Locations and times listed below. This project is made possible with funding provided by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
