What is Laughing Yoga?

Laughing yoga is an exercise that was starting by Dr. Madan Kataria in Mumbai, India in 1995. The laughing yoga movement has grown to include over 5000 clubs worldwide. His belief is that laughter, whether real or fake, has immense benefits to mental and physical well-being. 

During a laughing yoga workshop different exercises are done to imitate laughter and increase joy.
