Roasted Chickpea

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 cup dried chickpea cooked & drained or 1 can
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain canned or cooked dried chickpeas. I
  3. n a bowl combine all ingredients and toss around to coat.
  4. Air-fry for 12 - 15 minutes or until crispy at 400°F (200°C).
