Good Mental Health Through the Arts. Brush up your brain with Columbia OT Students (Hybrid)
This group, led by occupational therapy students, uses painting as a focused therapeutic activity to strengthen cognitive skills such as attention, memory, visual processing, sequencing, and planning. Participants will paint a festive still life featuring apples, leaves, and pumpkins—capturing the beauty of autumn while engaging the mind. No art experience is necessary—just a willingness to pick up a brush and engage your mind.
