What is SAIL?
A proven series of exercises that have proven to work to make you stronger, have better balance, prevent falls and help you stay independent and active?
You can sit or stand during the classes. Exercises are for all levels of physical ability.

Led by Paula Saddler who has taught this evidence-based program for several years. Paula is also a yoga and meditation instructor.
