11 AM: Chair Chi & Prana with Melissa Elstein. Chair, Chi & Prana combines Chair Yoga with Tai Chi Easytm and Qigong. Seated and standing yoga poses gently strengthen and stretch the body, while using a chair for support.
12 PM: Introduction to iRest®Meditation : deep relaxation in the tradition of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice, integrating gentle yoga movement, breathwork, and guided imagery. No prior experience with formal yoga practices or meditation techniques required. Led by Elizabeth Huntington of Skylark Yoga.
