No experience or partner is necessary. learning the basic movements for many different styles of social dance. Each class starts with a warm-up and stretch, then we turn up the music and learn the basics.

No partner is necessary to participate, couples are always welcome too. Works at any fitness level - all movements can be modified if needed. Enjoy the many health benefits of Ballroom and Latin dance while connecting with friends and having a great time.
