Another relaxing Sunday with RSS! We start off at 10:30 with Self-Massage with Kathleen and move right into Chair, Chi & Prana with Melissa.

Chair, Chi & Prana combines Chair Yoga with Tai Chi Easytm and Qigong. Seated and standing yoga poses gently strengthen and stretch the body, while using a chair for support. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. If students prefer to remain seated during the standing portion, seated options will be taught as well.
