Get in touch with your creative side and leave your mark on history—no needle or thread required! RSS and the Kingsbridge Historical Society have teamed up for a community art project--the creation of a tapestry representing our community, events, landmarks, and local history on the 250th anniversary of American Independence. Participants will work with teaching artist, Tijay Mohammed, to produce "squares," which will all be stitched together to form the larger tapestry which will be displayed at different venues in the community.
No artistic or sewing experience is needed! You can choose to create art, design, or just help out with stitching--or you can do all of those components if you wish.

Celebrate love, friendship, and community at Riverdale Senior Services’ Valentine’s Celebration Dinner, an elegant afternoon designed to bring people together over fine dining and warm connection. Enjoy a beautifully prepared three-course meal, festive raffles, and a joyful atmosphere at the Center for Ageless Living.
Love may be timeless here at RSS, and Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to gather, laugh, and share a meaningful afternoon with friends old and new.
