Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, is an evidence-based mind-body holistic energy healing method.
Stimulating meridian acupressure points on the face/upper body by ‘Tapping’ with your fingertips, whilst focusing on an issue, allows the gentle release of trapped emotions and associated stressors, which we have carried within us.
Current neuroscience research shows that these life stressors which we experience, affect our mind, body and emotions, which are all interconnected within our energy system.
EFT works simultaneously with our thoughts, emotions, and their physical manifestation in our bodies.
By Tapping together in groups, we are able to Release, Rebalance, and Renew in a supportive safe space – this is called ‘Borrowing Benefits’.
Margot shares resources such as Emotional First Aid, Havening, simple Breathwork Grounding Techniques, and Eden Energy Medicine Exercises, which can all be used as part of your self-help stress management tool kit.
She offers interactive sessions, answering any questions you may have about EFT.
