Do you have problems with your balance? Good balance is important at any age, but particularly as we get older. Peggy Levine”s Balance Training class uses multiple methods to help you improve your balance. From sitting to strengthen the core muscles of the torso and flexibility to strengthening exercises for the feet. The class also does balance movements standing in front, behind, and beside a chair, sometimes on two feet, and sometimes on one foot. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, is an evidence-based mind-body holistic energy healing method.

Stimulating meridian acupressure points on the face/upper body by ‘Tapping’ with your fingertips, whilst focusing on an issue, allows the gentle release of trapped emotions and associated stressors, which we have carried within us.

Current neuroscience research shows that these life stressors which we experience, affect our mind, body and emotions, which are all interconnected within our energy system.

EFT works simultaneously with our thoughts, emotions, and their physical manifestation in our bodies.

By Tapping together in groups, we are able to Release, Rebalance, and Renew in a supportive safe space – this is called ‘Borrowing Benefits’.

Margot shares resources such as Emotional First Aid, Havening, simple Breathwork Grounding Techniques, and Eden Energy Medicine Exercises, which can all be used as part of your self-help stress management tool kit.

She offers interactive sessions, answering any questions you may have about EFT.

This class is for everyone interested in better mobility, posture, and relief from aches and pains. The Feldenkrais Method recognizes the mind-body connection in all we do. By allowing small gentle movements to be done with ease, the body starts to relax, and neuro-muscular learning begins…resulting in authentic, whole-body improvements.

We are spiritual beings having a 3-dimensional experience made up of Mind, Body, and Spirit. We have been socialized to pay attention mostly to the mind and body while we think of Spirit as something beyond ourselves. But in order to become centered it is necessary to think of the Mind-Body-Spirit as one unit that ideally works together in harmony.

In these workshops, we will start to reconnect to Source and be more present while the guided meditations will create the space for you to begin to center yourselves and start the process of reconnecting the Mind-Body-Spirit.

Join us for a monthly grounding meditation followed by some Reiki that will help you reconnect to yourself while remaining firmly grounded in the here and now.
