Honey Mustard Broccoli

Ingredients

  • nonstick aluminum foil
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large heads broccoli, cut into small florets

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  3. Mix honey mustard, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl.
  4. Add broccoli and toss to coat.
  5. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until broccoli is tender and lightly charred in spots, 25 to 30 minutes.
