Red Bell Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 of a 12 ounce jar roasted red bell peppers (about 1 pepper)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
