Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of whole plant-based milk (or regular milk)
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon of ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions
- IHeat the plant-based (or regular) milk over medium-low heat,
- Add the maple syrup (or agave), vanilla extract, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of black pepper (adjust to taste), and whisk regularly for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve when it’s hot to drink but not yet boiling.
