INGREDIENTS
- 4 small whole red snapper or bronzino (clean & wash)
- 2 tsp of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 2 large sprig rosemary
- salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season fish before cooking by adding salt and pepper to the fish. Cover and let sit for 5-10mins.
- Remove cover from fish and add sliced garlic, butter and rosemary to belly of each fish.
- Spread ingredients evenly to each fish.
- Place fish in foil paper to over the entire fish without any room for leakage.
- Place fish on a baking dish and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 mins.
- Open closed foil carefully to avoid being burned by steam.
