Steamed Fish

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small whole red snapper or bronzino (clean & wash)
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • 4  cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 2 large sprig rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season fish before cooking by adding salt and pepper to the fish. Cover and let sit for 5-10mins. 
  2. Remove cover from fish and add sliced garlic, butter and rosemary to belly of each fish.
  3. Spread ingredients evenly to each fish.
  4. Place fish in foil paper to over the entire fish without any room for leakage.
  5. Place fish on a baking dish and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 mins.
  6. Open closed foil carefully to avoid being burned by steam.
