Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas (14oz)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the drained and rinsed chickpeas to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chickpeas are lightly browned and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.
- Once the chickpeas are done, turn off the heat and add the spice mixture to the skillet. Toss the chickpeas with the spices until they are well coated.
- Taste the chickpeas and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a serving dish and enjoy!
