This book celebrates the joy of food in all of its forms. On these pages, you will find family recipes, stories about food and family, and food-inspired artwork by RSS members, staff, and teachers.
The RSS Cooking Club started with the intent of teaching our members about eating and cooking differently. Covering everything from plant-based eating to eating seasonally and then expanding to incorporate food in other parts of life: mindful eating and meditation, music, art, and stories. The cookbook brings all of these things together.
