Vision Rehabilitation Group For Older Adults With Vision Loss

Are you interested in receiving vision rehabilitation services to increase your independence? Want to make new friends in the process? Join the Adaptive Living
Group Training sponsored by VISIONS Services for the Blind and held at Riverdale Services. This exclusive program will have no more than 8 slots available.

This five week training will be held on five Thursdays from 10-2pm. The first session begins on Thursday January 30th.

Participants in our group training…

● Receive instruction in vision rehabilitation from a Vision Rehabilitation Therapist!

● Socialize with others during the group instruction!

● Receive 1:1 follow up instruction in your home from a Vision Rehabilitation Therapist!

● Are able to receive transportation to and from the training if needed!

● Are welcome to stay for free lunch from 12-1pm!

● Please Note!
A most recent eye report from your doctor will be required to determine eligibility for the training.
We request that people make a commitment up front to attend all the programs.
