Mat Yoga with Paula (In Center)
Mat Yoga Returns to RSS!
If you want to improve your flexibility, strength and balance while remaining calm and centered, then this mat yoga class is for you.
This will be a gentle, in-person yoga class, so bring your mat, straps, yoga blanket and blocks. You need to be able to get down on the floor and get up on your own. Classes will start at a basic level and increase in complexity as the group progresses.
This class is taught by Paula Saddler, who is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Paula has been teaching yoga, fitness, and relaxation classes for RSS and others since 2019.
