Holding Space is the sacred act of just being present without judgment or expectations for others or, more importantly, for yourself. By becoming the observer you can profoundly shift how you relate to everything and everyone around you.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP SERIES
There is a perception that the most important focus of New Age Spirituality is the connection to Source and so we spend most of our time meditating to connect with the outer world, the world of Spirit and an altered state.
