This presentation will cover the evidence for foods that support the immune system (anti-inflammatory foods to include and pro-inflammatory foods to omit). With a light hand, the content will include the most current information on any (if any) nutritional strategies to fortify all of us to stay well and support recovery from influenza and COVID.
