Stand Up for Seniors - Stand up comedy workshop with Bruce (In Center)
Ever wondered what it would be like to do stand-up comedy?
This fun, interactive 90 minute workshop introduces the many different styles of stand-up and explores how comedians find and develop material, use a microphone, connect with an audience, and deal with stage fright. Videos from different comedy styles and comedians will be shown. Participants will have the opportunity to try stand-up themselves in a safe, supportive, no-pressure environment.
No experience necessary — and you don’t even have to think you’re funny!
