The Right Care at the Right Time: Overview of Hospice & Palliative Care (Hybrid)

Join us for an informative session designed for older adults and their families to better understand hospice and palliative care. This presentation will explain what these services are, how they differ, and when they may be helpful. Learn how hospice and palliative care focus on comfort, quality of life, and support for individuals and caregivers. The program includes a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion.
