Exercise for Mobility with Terry Roche (IN CENTER)
Functional Movement for Older Adults at all levels.
The class exercises are designed to get participants to move all their body parts from their feet to their heads. It combines some cardio, flexibility, balance, strength, large and small muscle movement and stretching. The level of the class is mostly intermediate but beginners are welcome, and much of the class can be done while seated.
