Have you always dreamed of seeing your name in print (or on a website)? Have you finished a piece of writing and are wondering what to do next? This course is designed for you and for other writers new to the submissions process. We'll talk through the steps of submitting writing to literary magazines and start finding potential outlets to send our work. By breaking down the phases into actionable steps, we'll help writers hone their submission skills and explore the emotional aspects of the process, such as healthy striving and recovering from rejection. This class will be relevant across genres of writing, but we'll focus on submitting to literary magazines or independent presses, rather than seeking literary representation.
