Good Mental Health Through the Arts. Collaging: Cut and Connect with Columbia OT Students (Hybrid)
Led by occupational therapy students, this collaging group invites participants to explore self-expression while supporting memory, attention, and problem-solving. Cutting, arranging, and assembling images stimulates fine motor skills and cognitive processes, while the creative process offers relaxation and joy. Each session provides an opportunity to create meaningful art pieces that reflect personal stories and imagination.
