As most of you may already be aware, I am transitioning out of RSS at the end of this month. Over the past 12 years I have had the honor to work with so many incredible staff, board members, volunteers, participants, supporters, colleagues and community partners. With your support, together we have accomplished a great deal. RSS has grown and evolved into a true community where people come together to share talents, experiences and friendships.

I have been honored and humbled to be a part of this evolution. It is “you” the members of RSS that have taught me so much. About what is really important in life and how to continue to grow, teach and learn, no matter your personal struggles. And although life is not always easy, staying positive and continuing to share and remain a part of our community offers you strength. As I move on to my new position, I will carry all of these lessons with me. During April I will introduce you to the RSS Interim Executive Director who will be here for several months while the Board completes an extensive search for a permanent Executive Director.
