This presentation will be a review of the “healthy plate” with fresh ideas on enjoyable, easy ways to serve sources of protein, fruits, vegetables, & starches. Because many families include more than one generation and beloved pets, we will consider how to serve the “healthy plate” to everybody. You will have lots of ideas on how to give your new year a healthy start.
