  physical and psychological signs of stress followed by four weeks of lear
 ning about different ways to help you lower your anxiety and feel more in

 ealth. One naturally impacts the other. When we are anxious or depressed w
 e feel it in our body and can even show physical symptoms. Specific medica
 l procedures (ie heart surgery) can trigger depression. Wellness is the ba
 lance between the mental/physical\, and emotional/spiritual. \n\nIn this w
 orkshop\, Susan Cohn\, RSS Clinical Social Worker\, will spend some time d
 iscussing the stigma around getting mental health treatment\, how to find 
 a balance between the physical and mental\, and discuss certain lifestyle
