Building & maintaining good muscle mass is very important throughout life. Beyond getting the right amount of protein we need to include lots of other nutrients. At this workshop, we will review how dietary choices support strength, stamina, and training. And, we will review the usefulness of such strategies as protein shakes and other supplements. Hint: hang on to your beet juice.
