Stay Independent for Life - SAIL Program (ONLINE)
What is SAIL?
A proven series of exercises that have proven to work to make you stronger, have better balance, prevent falls and help you stay independent and active?
One-hour classes that will be held 2 times a week.
You can sit or stand during the classes. Exercises are for all levels of physical ability.
All participants receive a copy of Stay Active and Independent for Life: An Information Guide for Adults

They are one-hour classes held 2 times a week for over 20 weeks
We are asking you to try and commit to coming as often as possible
Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays from 10-11 AM.
The first class starts Thursday, March 2
Attendance will be limited.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
This is an evidence-based program. You will be assessed at the beginning and the end to see if the exercises have had an effect.
We ask that you leave your Zoom camera on during the class so that the instructor can see you and make sure the exercises are done correctly.
We ask that you make every effort to attend all the classes. Consistency here is very important!
Wear flexible, supportive rubber-soled shoes and loose-fitting clothing
