 ous item\, a book\, a trophy\, a coin\, a key\, a plant\, a kitchen utensi
 l\, a sports memento\, a ticket stub\, or a map.\n\nEach participant prese
 nts their object to the group\, guided by a series of reflective questions
 : Where did the object come from? Where is it kept in the home? Has the pa
 rticipant's relationship to it shifted over time? What does it reveal abou
 t who they are today? And what do they envision for its future?\n\nNo adva
 nce preparation is required. Participants need only bring an object that h
 olds meaning for them.
