Cooking with fresh vegetables is great but not always convenient or available. However, you always want to make sure that you have vegetables on hand to make a quick meal. RSS Dietitian, Maudene Nelson, will explain the differences between fresh, frozen and canned vegetables so you can be prepared for your next meal.
After the lecture there will be plenty of time for to ask questions about eating and cooking plant-based meals, share your successes and challenges and get support for yourself and others on this journey of eating healthier.
