Self-care Sundays in February.
First, you'll have a self-massage session (so needed!) with Kathleen O'Hanlon at 10 AM. This will be followed by a Relaxation and Meditation lesson with Paula Saddler at approximately 10:40.
You are encouraged to attend both sessions.
A great way to end the weekend and start the week off right.
