 This exhibition features paintings\, frescoes\, sculptures\, drawings and 
 assemblages inspired by the artist’s experience of caring for her mother-i
 n-law\, Dorothy. The project explores complex familial relationships and t
 he power of intergenerational connections. Maryna Bilak was born in Rakhiv
 \, Ukraine\, in 1984. She received MFA degrees from Transcarpathian Nation
 al University\, Ivano-Frankivsk\, Ukraine\, in fine and applied art\, and 
 from the New York Studio School\, New York\, New York\, in painting. She l
 ives in Hudson\, New York\, with her husband and their daughter.
