  support. The ancient Asian practices of Tai Chi and Qigong wonderfully co
 mplement the yoga practice as you learn to experience and enhance one’s in
 ternal energy system\, and work on balance and weight shifting while holdi
 ng the chair. Self-massage techniques are included to increase circulation
  and reduce stress. Class ends with a guided visualization and meditation.
  With these three practices\, you will learn practical tools to stretch an
 d tone the body\, calm the nervous system\, focus the mind\, increase your
  vital energy force\, and work on balancing skills.\n\nLed by Melissa Elst
 ein. Led by popular instructor Melissa Elstein. Melissa founded Good Energ
 y Yoga & Reiki (d/b/a Good Energy Movement & Wellness) after leaving the p
 ractice of law and discovering the healing benefits of yoga and qigong. A
